NE Roots by AMYAA (NGO)
Business Strategy and Digitization Project
AMYAA, an NGO based in Arunachal Pradesh, works to create job opportunities for the local youth population. As an extension to this, they launched their subsidiary NE Roots, a platform for small artisans and craftspeople in Arunachal Pradesh to gain employment by promoting local talent and culture online. The subsidiary follows a direct profit-sharing model where a large segment of generated profits is directed to support NGO operations. The ask of the client was to help draft their business strategy and also bring digitization to launch this platform online.
